In college, I found myself 20lbs heavier, struggling to keep my eyes open in the afternoons, with a face full of acne. I was confused as to how I ended up there, being that I worked out and felt like I ate fairly healthy.
It seemed like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t create the results I wanted in a way that I could see myself maintaining long term.
It wasn’t until I discovered the unlimited motivation and FREEDOM that exists in living according to God’s VISION for my life and health that I began to see changes.
I realized that physical health is an essential aspect of our spiritual health and relationship with Jesus… and that He is VERY interested in walking with us in every aspect of our health.
I ended up partnering with God to craft a healthy lifestyle that leads to energy, healthy weight loss, and confidence in my body WITHOUT feeling overwhelmed or giving in to old patterns.
