It's one thing to have an idea of what it looks like to eat healthy, it's another to know specifically WHAT to eat and how to make it happen simply and consistently.

The way I eat now, with two young kids, running my health coaching practice, and serving at church is MUCH different in this season than it was when I had the luxury to go grocery shopping multiple times a week and spend an hour or more on a recipe without children vying for my attention.

I have found a way of meal prepping, cooking, and keeping snacks on hand that still honors my nutrition preferences and goals WHILE navigating the challenges of a fuller schedule and caring for young kids.
